Shipping:
For unopened, unused items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
For defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria within 5 business days.

Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases on Caribella Skin.
Processing Time:
Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the store credit to be processed and available in your account.
Exchanges:

Follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item using the store credit issued from your return.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Assessment & Resolution:
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution within 5 business days, which may include a replacement shipment at no cost or store credit.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
